Recurso de súplica.

La demanda fue rechazada porque su promotor no satisfizo adecuadamente los requerimientos exigidos en el auto inadmisorio.

Luego de verificar que la demanda y el escrito de corrección no ofrecieron elementos nuevos o diferentes a los ya analizados por la Corporación en su momento, la Sala Plena decidió CONFIRMAR en su integridad el auto cuestionado.
